We've made every effort to ensure your purchase of a Brodagate Home is worry free. To provide you with piece of mind, our new homes come with a 10 year NHBC Warranty plus we fully support and comply with the Consumer Code for Home Builders.
The National House Building Council 10 Year Buildmark Warranty covers all new Broadgate homes. For the first two years we take care of any agreed defects. For the remaining eight years, structural defects are dealt with directly by the NHBC – the long established, leading warranty and insurance provider and standards setter for UK house-building.
The comprehensive warranty takes care of all the things that could potentially be a problem with an older home. The list of what's covered includes central heating (but not boiler servicing), wastes and drains, kitchen appliances, flashing, gutters and downpipes, roof, structural defects and much more.
All kitchen appliances are covered by a two-year manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer will assist you with any problems directly should they arise, supporting you when you move in.
On the day you move in, you receive a comprehensive NHBC Guide to your New Home and a detailed Customer Information Pack. Once you are settled in your home you will be contacted by the Broadgate Homes Customer Care Co-ordinator, who will be on hand to help you with any queries.
It is unusual to have a serious problem with a new home and we really hope it doesn't happen to you. If it does our Customer Care team prides itself on dealing with problems as quickly as possible.
What's the best thing about buying a new Broadgate home? You have nothing to worry about once you've moved in.
